Capital Requirements

The capital expenditures required to bring the Clearwater Project to fruition are proportionate to the project’s smaller scale and SAGD operating model. Phase I is estimated to require a further $150 million.

AOS has sufficient working capital to bring the Clearwater Phase I Project through the regulatory phases. Following this, additional capital will need to be raised. Please see the Investors section for further discussion.
